Custom Generator Products

Custom generator products are built exclusively for the Telecom Industry:

Our custom generators are powered by Ford Industrial Engines and are fueled by LP Vapor or Natural Gas. We developed this product several years ago when most major manufacturers of generators went to using large engines for smaller indoor applications. For example, we use a 2.5L Ford engine, manufactured in Mexico, for a 25 kW application and a 3.5L Ford engine, manufactured in Lima, Ohio, for the 40 kW application. Some manufacturers are now using a 6.2L engine for 25-40 kW standby applications and the fuel usage is extremely excessive over the lifetime of the generator.

Non-Proprietary Controller:

All of our custom generator products use a non-proprietary controller. We use the DynaGen controller manufactured in Canada. Our customer base really appreciates this, for if there is a controller issue, the software is available and simple programming on the controller can be accomplished. These controllers also have the best warranty in the industry, and to date they have performed faultlessly.

Finished Product:

We take the main components and assemble them at our facility in Loganville, GA. The heavy-duty frames are custom-built locally, powder-coated and the unit is finished with the WEG generator end, Square D MLCB, packaged and load tested.

Reliability:

Since our inception, we have packaged over 70 of the 25-40 kW generators, which all come with a 5 Year Warranty. Once they leave our facility, they are shipped to a Telecom building manufacturer and are installed in a separate generator room. From there, they will be placed at various Cell Towers and Fiber Sites. After 10 years of manufacturing these units, we can proudly say there has never been a single warranty issue.
